Delete Account

You can delete your SoulMed account at any time, in one of these ways.
In the SoulMed app: open Profile → Delete Account, read the summary, then confirm.
On this website: sign in with the same Google account, then press Delete Account below. The button appears once you are signed in.
If you cannot sign in: send a request to [TO FILL: privacy email] from your account's email address.
What is erased
- Your name, email, profile photo and phone number.
- Your Google sign-in link. If you later sign in with the same Google account, you get a new, empty account.
- Your sessions on every device.
What is kept
- Paid orders, with the contact details recorded on them, are kept for [TO FILL: 10 years] for financial and tax purposes. They are no longer linked to any account, and only our internal team can access them.
Before you delete
- Unpaid orders are cancelled.
- Unused service vouchers cannot be opened again once the account is deleted. Use them first, or save their QR, before deleting your account.
- Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
